Lunch was fine. I ate the pancakes I planned to with sugar free syrup. Unfortunately I couldn’t find buckwheat pancakes in my calorie counting app and Google search only brought up dry mixes, so I don’t know if what I logged is at all accurate. Afterwards we went for frozen yogurt but I didn’t get anything. Turns out if I tell myself beforehand that I won’t have anything, I can just say no. My motivation is pretty low since it’s already 5pm. I hope I can get off my ass and get to the gym. I am prone to skipping out on days when I’m tired.
