RECOVERY.

I feel horribly large. I saw some pictures of me from a couple days ago and they made me cringe. I don’t really know what to do. On the one hand I want to go back to restricting and counting calories, but now that I’ve been away from that for a while, I’ve actually come to enjoy the freedom I’ve had. If only I could stand to look at myself in the mirror.
